Ingredients

SERVINGS: 12 balls
  • ¾ c. old-fashioned oats
  • ¼ c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 T. maple syrup
  • ¼ c. dried cranberries
  • ¼ c. finely chopped dark chocolate

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover the mixture and allow to chill in the fridge for at least 30 min.

Roll the mixture into 1-in. balls. Place the balls in a covered container and return to the fridge for another 30 min. to set.

Alternatively, you can press spoonfuls of the mixture (no chilling required) into the bottoms of a mini muffin pan. Then pop the pan in the freezer for about 20 min. Use a fork to remove the disc-shaped treats and store in the fridge.
