Here’s one very fresh, light way to enjoy the season. This bright-red, gorgeous sipper has a total ABV of just under 7%, or somewhere between a beer and a glass of wine. The brightness of the berries is balanced by the tart lemon sour and the savoriness of the absinthe. The viscous consistency of strawberry juice is tamed by the bubbles in the club soda. The interplay of textures and flavors, and its Low-ABV status, makes this one perfect choice for summertime enjoyment.
