Ingredients
Ginger Daisy
- 1.5 oz Espolon Resposado Tequila
- 1 oz Top Note Ginger Beer
- .5 oz Cointreau
- .75 oz simple syrup
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except Top Note Ginger Beer into a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake vigrorously. Double strain contents of shaker into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with Top Note ginger Beer and garnish with a fresh ginger slice and fresh lime wheels.
