Top Note Tonic: Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients

Spanish G&T
  • 1.5 to 2 oz. Rehorst or Twisted Path gin
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • Fresh lemon peel
  • 2 cucumber slices
  • Juniper berries
  • Ice
  • 3 to 4 oz. Indian Tonic
Z&T
  • 1.5 to 2 oz. Rehorst Z Gin
  • Squeeze (about 1/4 tsp. fresh lemon juice)
  • Ice
  • 3 to 4 oz. Bitter Lemon
Goodland G&T
  • 1 ½ oz. Rehorst Gin
  • ½ oz. Goodland Cranberry liqueur
  • Fresh lime juice (about ½ tsp.)
  • Ice
  • 3 to 4 oz. Indian Tonic

Preparation

Spanish G&T

Add gin to large goblet, then top with angostura bitters. Squeeze the fresh lemon peel over it, then drop it in the drink. Add cucumber wheels, ice and top with tonic. Stir together gently, then enjoy.

Z&T

Add gin to cocktail glass. Squeeze lemon wheel over gin, then drop in glass, top with ice and Bitter Lemon. Stir gently, then enjoy.

Goodland G&T

Pour gin and cranberry liquor into glass. Squeeze fresh lime juice into glass, drop lime into glass.  Add ice, then top with tonic. Stir gently, then enjoy.
