Instructions

Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl, then crush the cookies into crumbs. Stir these together, then add the rum and corn syrup. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Roll into balls. Finish by rolling in powdered sugar.

  • 2 T. cacao powder
  • 2 T. light corn syrup
  • ½ c. Great Northern Distilling’s Opportunity Rum
  • 1½ c. powdered sugar
