Cold brew 13 bags of green tea in 50 oz. of water with four or five thyme sprigs. Strain out thyme and tea bags, and combine with the rest of the ingredients in a large punch bowl container with six thyme sprigs. Allow 30 minutes or so to allow bitters to blossom. Then serve over ice, filling ¾ of the way to allow a top off of seltzer. Garnish with thyme sprig.
